I have posted a new page on this blog called “Esstentials List“. What are the bare necessities for me to live in the truck, full time, on my budget?
I keep fussing with the list. The latest change was the cooking stove. The first choice was a chinese made double burner with 17,000 BTU. Too many complaints about the fittings and quality got me to switch to a single burner “patio stove” with 20,000 BTU. But you couldn’t put it on a plastic table and cook. So, back to the tried and true Coleman. No, I read too many sad tales about the Coleman stoves manufactured after 1980. So I changed out the Coleman for a Camp Chef Mountain Series 2 Burner/High Pressure Stove with 20,000 BTUs of heat each burner. That is enough firepower that I am thinking of a wok. May go back to a used Coleman. Decisions.
Please give me some feedback on the list.
What should I eliminate? What did I forget?
