Where/how to keep spices while camping?

Found the solution, I think. Take a look at this jerry rigged spice container. It comes in its own box, which holds the individual containers steady during rough roads. Each container, labeled Monday, Tuesday, etc. has two compartments (AM and PM).

Salt and pepper, cumin, baking powder, baking soda, etc. This is going to work magnificently.
