Rich, of High Country Toppers, in Gypsum, Colorado, installed the topper today. I was wondering how he was going to do it. A forklift is a garage owner’s best friend.
Doesn’t she look pretty? I was concerned about the truck handling differently. It does. Smoother! What a surprise.
The topper almost fits. The tailgate is bent, so there is not a perfect fit. Rich thinks it will be OK.
Another nice surprise is that the lock on the topper uses the truck key to open. Nice not to have to worry about another key.
I am going to go and crawl around inside now.
